Processing Time

Our orders are shipped from Aarhus, Denmark, and are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

We will send you a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates & Times

Domestic Shipping (within Denmark)

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
• Rate: 45 DKK / 6 EUR

International Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
• Rates within EU: 90–185 DKK / 12–25 EUR
• Rates outside EU: 269 DKK / 36 EUR

Import Taxes & Duties

• Please be aware that if we are shipping outside of the EU, you may be liable to pay import taxes and duties.
• These are set and regulated by the destination country and we have no control over these charges.
• If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to such taxes, please check with your local import office.
